Super sexy active window shadows

To get really sexy shadows, we need to do more than just blur the shape of the window.

1. Get the size of the window (let's say 700x460)

2. subtract 30 from that window's width ( 670x460) make sure it's centered to your original window.

3. Move that shape 15px down the y axis

4. blur at 40px and 60% opacity of black.

for the current shadow factory, the closest we can get is "("normal", true, {20, -1, 0, 15, 153})"

It would look a lot better if we could do the width transform.

Fixed as much as possible in Gala. There's more to be desired in Mutter but it's out of our control at the moment.
