Network checker (custom graph) fails on in multi-rack installation

Steps to reproduce:
 In multi-rack installation, depending on configuration, not all nodes for in all networks have the access to each other. So running network-checker may lead to failure.
Expected results:
 Add a parameter to be able to exclude specific networks from verification process.
Actual result:
 Verification fails.
Reproducibility:
 100%
Workaround:
 None.

    Also rename network checker parameters to `connectivity_checker`.
