Bug Description
STR:
1. Create a cluster, start deployment of 1 node
2. Open the deployment timeline when it becomes available
3. Wait until deployment completion
4. Add a node to the cluster and start deployment
5. Open the deployment timeline when it becomes available
Expected result:
1. The deployment timeline has minimal available zoom (with 1 sec scale)
Actual result:
1. The deployment timeline has zoom from the previous deployment (1-2 hours)
