We should comment or remove legacy tasks from tasks.yaml of rabbit detached plugin

Bug Description

Due to changed fuel logic of working with deployment tasks inside plugins, tasks.yaml should be empty
We should delete or comment all legasy tasks from file [1]

This will fix the failed jobs on SWARM 9.1

Clean tasks.yaml

That is needed for the plugin to be compatible with the latest Fuel.
