Graph doesn't upload right way when fuel2 with -d switch is used

Bug Description
If we trying to upload tasks graph via
fuel2 upload -e1 -t gt -f /path/to/
then all works okay, but if we try to use -d switch, like
fuel2 upload -e1 -t gt -d /path/to/
then it uploaded but then doesn't start when we execute it as it doesn't contains any task. Presumably, this should be changed: https:/
