Bug Description

Reproduced in fake UI, 10.0 master.

Steps to reproduce:

1. create environment (default wizard settings)
2. add some node and deploy the env
3. after successful deployment closes banner with information about successfully deployment.
4. update page

Expected result: the environment status remains 'Operational', the list of changes to deploy displays changes in environent configuration

Actual result: the environment has 'Partially Deployed' status.

This issue is reproducible in 80% tests. Should be checked on ISO.

Fixed update cluster status on task deletion

Also fixed deletion subtasks with when parent is deleted
