Empty tab content after removing a node network group

Reproducable on fake UI (slow internet connection is preferred).

STR:
1) create default env
2) add a new node network group on Networks tab
3) remove this new group

Expected result: after closing node network group removal dialog, I expect to be immediately redirected to default node network group subtab.

Actual result: there is an empty screen a few moments before redirecting to the default subtab.
