The cluster module's unit tests fail under puppet4 and need to be fixed to work under puppet4.

    Fix cluster unit tests for puppet4

    This change fixes the cluster module's unit tests under puppet4 by
    specifying the operatingsystemrelease for RedHat for the mysql test.

    Fix cluster rspec tests for puppet4

    This change adds the operatingsystemrelease values for the cluster rspec
    tests so it passes under puppet4.
