Bug Description
iso - 8.0-529
Steps:
1. Deploy any cluster
2. After deployment open Health Check tab and try to run 'Update stack actions: inplace, replace and update whole template' test
Actual result - sometimes test failed on STEP:13, verify action: 'verifying the number of instances after template update'
looking on ostf logs we can see that we got first stack with 1 instance and that's why 13 step failed (2 != 1)
RCA:
logs show that right template was sent on step 11 - http://
on step 12 we wait for 'UPDATE_COMPLETE' state but we got previous 'one instance stack' - http://
and then wrong resources were fetched on step 13 - http://
test can be modified by adding wait for 'UPDATE_
set to medium because level of reproduction is low and it barely affects end user

set 8.0 to won't fix because we don't backport medium bugs after HCF
