Bug Description
Right now tasks_serializer.py substitutes some variables for several individual tasks. Making changes to these on fuel-library side (where tasks are defined) is quite a challenge as a result. We should define a dict and enable any field in a task (cmd, dst, src, files, etc) work with any of the given parameters defined. This would also enable plugins to make use of specific cluster variables or permit simpler refactoring of existing tasks in fuel-library.
