Bug Description
For testing on scale we require Swarm configuration which deploys MOS with all supported components: Ceilometer, Heat, Murano and Sahara alltogether.
We need it for following scenario:
1. Create cluster
2. Set Ceilometer install option
3. Set Murano install option
4. Set Sahara install option
5. Deploy the cluster
6. Verify Murano services
7. Verify Sahara services
8. Verify Heat and Ceilometer services
9. Run OSTF
10. RUN OSTF Murano platform tests
11. Run all sanity and smoke tests
12. Register Vanilla2 image for Sahara
13. Run platform Vanilla2 test for Sahara
