Unable to get log for vcenter instance.

Vsphere 5.5
Steps to reproduce
1. Launch instance from image TestVM-VMDK in vcenter availability zone.
2.Try to get log in TAB 'Log'
Actual result
Error Unable to get log for instance "8094affd-
Expected result
Logs should be available.
