Remove zabbix-related code from python part

zabbix in experimental features doesn't deploy any more and should be removed in favor of the supported zabbix plugin

We should remove current ability to deploy Zabbix as part of Fuel. Let's remove it from UI/CLI for now, and remove all remaining zabbix code later, as it would involve touching of some core parts (which we don't want to touch now as we are late in the release cycle).
