Bug Description
Currently, we can bootstrap nodes via PXE only for old BIOS-aware stack. Fuel should be able to install slave nodes to UEFI-aware systems too. To do this, we need:
1. Change DHCP and TFTP servers to be able give UEFI-aware bootloader over PXE to bootstrap nodes.
2. Change partitioning scheme to classic provisioning mode and IBP mode.

Please talk to S. Bogatkin as SME. He implemented UEFI for master node so it can be done in the same way.
