Bug Description
A lot of our nailgun tests use fake tasks even to check simple things where just mock of rpc.cast is enough (or even not needed).
Let's keep simple things simple and get rid of fake tasks where they are not required.

Does not break deployment. It touches Nailgun unit tests only. Tech debt. Moved to 8.0.
