Bug Description
Unified data getter for fuel agent which should be able to deal with various data sources such as local file and remote protocols and different data formats such as json, yaml, 'blob', etc.
The idea is to let the fuel-agent's manager to manipulate with all those multiple data getters and combine all needed data.
Also, the initial data source should be set to sort out the chicken/egg problem. Command line option may be useful for such a case.
