Detailed bug description:
Cinder-volume service can't establish connection to AMQP server after scale environment.
Steps to reproduce:
- Create env
- Add following nodes:
* Controller
* Compute-vmware, Cinder-vmware
- Configure VMware vCenter Settings. Add 2 vSphere clusters and configure Nova Compute instances on controller and compute-vmware.
- Deploy env
- Add 2 controllers
- Deploy changes
- Delete 1st deployed controller
- Deploy changes
- Run OSTF
Observed behavior:
OSTF '' has failed.
Cinder-volume service trying to establish connection with AMPQ server through deleted node (controller).
Workaround:
Restart cinder-volume service. |
