Bug Description
Fuel 9.1, 10
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install DVS plugin, add to components.yaml that dvs is incompatible with e.g. Murano
2. Create cluster with DVS (ensure that Murano is disabled)
3. Fill in some Cluster to dvSwitch mapping on Networks tab
4. Go to Setting -> OpenStack Services, enable Murano
Expected results:
Murano should be disabled when DVS is enabled
Actual result:
Murano can be enabled
Workaround:
Use plugin restrictions
