Bug Description

Run test 'deploy_ha_one_controller_neutron_example_v3' that includes the next steps:
1. Upload plugin to the master node
2. Install plugin

Actual result: Error Message: Can not find /tmp/plugin+100.0.all
Expected Result: Success installing

Problem in https://github.com/openstack/fuel-plugins/commit/2ce77d627e34957fac31f1a8a05406d188a2a5b7
Fix already merged: https://github.com/openstack/fuel-plugins/commit/40bca6b4f0db21f8181665cbab807daacf43c81d
But I don't see last commit changes in our rpm on ci.
Need rebuild rpm with fix.

The test uses plugin which has built by the job [0] for work. This job builds the plugin from the master branch and hasn't had a compatibility with 7.0 now. So it needs to build fuel plugin from "remotes/origin/stable/7.0" branch.

We have same failure as in 7.0 on deployment with example_plugin in 8.0
