[vmware] vnc console doesn't work

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Fuel 7.0 master node.
2. Create an environment with vCenter, target node for nova-compute service - controllers.
3. Launch a vm on vCenter.
4. Try to obtain vnc-console.
Expected result: You're got vnc-console.
Acutal results: Just void white screen without any gray frame or something else.
