Bug Description
Mos 6.1 Ubuntu
All OpenStack services has their logs duplicated in /var/log/
Fuel doesn't set up logrotate to take care about those logs.

This was fixed for 7.0 as part of change Ifefec5e4c8e343 8229018edc7c1aa a53a3a779bd and bug 1469176. This only affects <7.0.
