Mirantis shouldn't be mentionoed on UI welcome page and settings tab for community ISO

For community ISO we shouldn't mention Mirantis OpenStack. So for case without feature_group 'mirantis' text should be changed:

Welcome to Fuel and OpenStack.

Help us to improve your experience by sending information about the settings, features, and deployment actions when you use Fuel and OpenStack.

Usage statistics include information such as settings, button/menu clicks, hardware configuration, and version information. The usage statistics do not include information such as passwords, ip addresses, or node names. For a complete list of statistics that we gather, click here

Web UI for collected statistics is under development and will be available at: https://stats.fuel-infra.org
