Issue is caused by agent code, which doesn't filter out virtual interfaces.
in this case these are:
eth0.101-hapr
eth1-hapr

These interfaces were introduced in 5.0 timeline, when we moved VIP to namespace. As haproxy namespace bug is being backported to 4.1.1, this bug should be also targeted to 4.1.1

    Remove interfaces like eth0.101-hapr,
    eth1-hapr which are created in ha mode.
