Bug Description

Fuel 8.0 bootstrap default kernel version is 3.13, I upgrade kernel version to 4.4,
1.modify config file /etc/fuel-bootstrap-cli/fuel_bootstrap_cli.yaml
kernel_flavor: linux-image-4.4.0-140-generic
packages:
      - linux-headers-4.4.0-140-generic

2.fuel-bootstrap build --activate --kernel-flavor linux-image-4.4.0-140-generic

3.fuel-bootstrap list
the new bootstrap is active

4.Boot Server from PXE, then system boot hang at "random nonblocking pool is initialized"

Anything wrong about my method for upgrading kernel?

The problem can be solved by add linux-image-extra-4.4.0-140-generic in package list.
