deployment failed at workloads_collector_add/20 Fuel version 9.2

Deployment successful on computer node but not on controller node.
Updated from 9.0 to 9.2
Repository Offline using.

Using Virtual box 5.2.12 on Fuel 9.2 , 2 nodes Controller/Compute
Windows 7 Host. I ran this deployment twice and got the same results - workloads_collector failed.
