Bug Description
DC interconnection scene requires :
1.fw_bind parameter:
This parameter indicates that logical firewalld should be l
bound to logical router across DC interconnection.
2.l3_vni parameter
This parameter indicates message encapsulation type.
1 indicates to configure vxlan type , and 2 indicates to configure MPLS.
It will be to continue to expand in the following.
3.data_mode parameter
This parameter indicates that l3 VNI should be used for DCI interconnection.
