Bug Description

Detailed bug description:
Unable to create Host-Only Ethernet Adapter on virtual box during mirantis9.0 installation using launch.sh[located under virtualbox scripts].

Configuration used:

 -Windows 10[10.0.10586 N/A Build 10586]
 -VirtualBox 5.1.12/5.0.16/5.0.18 & corresponding Extension Pack as well.
 -Cygwin x64
 -Mirantis OpenStack 9.0 + 9.0 VirtualBox Scripts

Expected results:
Fuel VM and 3 additional VMs running in VirtualBox.

Actual result:

Reproducibility:
 100%. This issue was initially reported by a customer, and I was able to reproduce this in a fresh Windows 10[] installation.

Workaround:
 Unknown

Impact:
 Unable to create virtualbox VMs with scripts.

Additional information:

After removing the existing "Virtual host-only Ethernet Adapter" - observing the fatal error.,
