Unable to create Host-Only Ethernet Adapter on virtual box during mirantis9.0 installation using launch.sh[located under virtualbox scripts].
Configuration used:
-Windows 10[10.0.10586 N/A Build 10586]
-VirtualBox 5.1.12/
-Cygwin x64
-Mirantis OpenStack 9.0 + 9.0 VirtualBox Scripts

Fuel VM and 3 additional VMs running in VirtualBox.

100%. This issue was initially reported by a customer, and I was able to reproduce this in a fresh Windows 10[] installation.
