Deploy cluster with multipath devices

Scenario:
1. Create cluster with 1 controller, 1 compute and 1 cinder roles
2. Run network verification
3. Provision the cluster

Result: provision failed

2017-03-23 22:04:36 +0000 Puppet (err): /bin/bash "/etc/puppet/shell_manifests/system_provision_command.sh" returned 255 instead of one of [0]

The bug shouldn't be reproducible any more because we reverted this code.
