Bug Description

This error is patch-specific, it occurs only for patch [1]. It looks like this patch breaks some dependencies and we need to fix them. I haven found original bug, so opened new one to describe my efforts.

We have decided to disable this job, since 8.0.verify-fuel-web is basically a duplicate of gate-fuel-web-python27-ubuntu-trusty and according to infra's engineer, it will take a lot of effort to fix it.
