Detailed bug description:
 Fuel OPNFV "D" release don't support i40e driver for 25Gbe device in the bootstrap image and linux kernel
Steps to reproduce:
 1. Insert Intel x710 for 25GbE device into the server.
 2. boot all nodes.
 3. login the bootstrap of each node. run cli lsmod i40e.
    the i40e driver is not loaded

Expected results:
 i40e driver for 25GbE is loaded
  the latest i40e driver can be found at
https://sourceforge.net/projects/e1000/

Actual result:
 i40e driver for 25GbE is not loaded
Reproducibility:
 yes
Workaround:
 built a customized bootstrap image with the i40e driver to support 25GbE device

It's a little bit confusing me when people from Intel sends me to sourceforge for intel drivers.

@sli6 could you confirm please that driver version 1.6.42 from downloadcenter.intel.com support these cards?

Can't reproduce the error on a test environment due to lack of appropriate HW. In accordance with our policy, fix should be verified on the customer side.
