Repositories was not set up after stopping the deployment

ISO 1481

Scenario:
1. Create cluster in HA mode with 1 controller
2. Add 1 node with controller role
3. Add 1 node with compute role
4. Verify network
5. Run provisioning task
6. Run deployment task
7. Stop deployment
8. Add 1 node with cinder role
9. Re-deploy cluster

Result:
Task 'deploy' has incorrect status. error != ready, 'All nodes are finished. Failed tasks: Task[v_netconfig/1], Task[v_netconfig/2] Stopping the deployment process!'

/etc/apt/sources.list* file and directory are empty

v_netconfig task has been removed, please re-check it out against latest iso.

I get the message: "All nodes are finished. Failed tasks: Task[v_netconfig/1]" v_netconfig seems to be still in use. I used the fuel 11 version from fuel-infra.org.
