    [ceph] Employ radosgw built-in frontend

    As of firefly (v0.80), ceph object gateway is running on civetweb
    (embedded into the ceph-radosgw daemon) instead of apache and fastcgi.
    Using civetweb simplifies the ceph object gateway installation and
    configuration.
