Bug Description

Problematic page - https://docs.openstack.org/developer/fuel-docs/userdocs/fuel-user-guide/configure-environment/network-templates/network-templates-examples.html
Templates - https://docs.openstack.org/developer/fuel-docs/network_templates.html

The templates provided are not universal across Fuel releases, and since there is no way to extract a template from an environment where template was not used (meaning it's not possible to get base file for modifications), it is also not possible to configure template for MOS 9 by following the documentation. At least the following is missing from the default template (and others): aodh/api network role.

Template examples should be bound to releases, with proper filenames, and for each release a default template should be tested and functional.
