Docker fails with `Error activating devmapper device`

Test Ceph-osd partitions on 30% ~start rally~ repetitive cold restart

Steps to reproduce:

5. Fill ceph partitions on all nodes up to 30%
6. Check Ceph status
7. Disable UMM
8. Run RALLY

Expected result rally finished successfully

Actual result:

Failed on polling rally task status: after some successful checks docker returned:
/usr/bin/docker-current: Error response from daemon: devmapper: Error activating devmapper device for 'fcd07944e27fa6b1ac7e01429c3be64fc4b237ae71568c1f5727d20edbe0b578-init': devicemapper: Error running deviceCreate (ActivateDevice) dm_task_run failed.
See '/usr/bin/docker-current run --help'.',
 exit_code=125

When I've reverted the env, and did the command:

Snapshot doesn't contains proper journals and there is not enough information how to reproduce it.
Also, I couldn't revert env due to it not longer exists .
