Bug Description
Fuel 10 #1331
Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in to Fuel UI
2. Create new environment
3. Go to Workflows tab
4. Upload new workflow
5. Try to filter by type
Expected results:
New workflow can be selected in filter list
Actual result:
New workflow is not presented in filter list
Workaround:
Refresh the page or go to another tab and return to Workflows
