Fuel 10.0 Newton + UCA with Sahara does not deploy the data processing UI in Horizon

Bug Description
Hello
Installed Fuel 10.0
Newton + UCA
Sahara + Ceilometer
Sahara works with command line, though the data processing UI within Horizon is not present, while in the MOS repository it works.
Do you need logs / snapshots? It does not look like an error, just a missing feature.

The only step to fix this is to install the python-
I tried to put this packeage in the provision of the initial packages but it does not work. is this by design since this are just the basic packages or should have worked?
