Bug Description
Fuel web UI 9.2 contains info about deprecated `fuel-createmirror` command instead of the actual `fuel-mirror` one.
*Steps to reproduce*
1. Open Fuel web UI 9.2.
2. Create a new env (deploy is not necessary).
3. Open an env.
4. Go to 'Settings' -> 'General' -> 'Repositories' section.
*Actual result*
The intro text contains info about the deprecated `fuel-createmirror` command.
*Expected result*
The intro text is as follows:
The first repository is considered the operating system mirror that will be used during node provisioning.
To create a local repository mirror on the Fuel Master node, follow the instructions provided by the "fuel-mirror --help" command in the Fuel Master node CLI. Make sure your Fuel Master node has Internet access to the repository before attempting to create a mirror.
