Bug Description

feature_groups:
- experimental
- advanced
openstack_version: mitaka-9.0
release: '9.2'
Description of problem:
1. Switch to UI form - Configure interfaces on ....
2. Add 2 interfaces into bond
3. Try to enable DPDK
And you can't do that.
Workaround:
1. Enbale DPDK on each of interfaces you need.
2. Create bond using thess interfaces
In this case DPDK option will be enabled for bond.
