Deploy fails on task reserved_ports

Test name: Preservation config after reset of cluster and preconfigured deploy
Steps to reproduce:
Run the system test group `preservation_config_after_reset_and_preconfigured_deploy` [1]
Because it's to complicated to do all steps from tests this group depends on.

Expected result:
Deploy passed

Actual result:
Test failed on deploy step with error:
AssertionError: Task 'deploy' has incorrect status. error != ready, 'Deployment has failed. All nodes are finished. Failed tasks: Task[reserved_ports/1], Task[reserved_ports/2] Stopping the deployment process!'
