    Fix DPDK tests

    Two fixes were done in frame of this patch:
     * new test for cluster deployment with tun and dpdk
     * update of parameter name of called method

we now need 1024 mb for dpdk hugepages. and tests were updated https://review.openstack.org/#/c/420682/
