Bug Description

Detailed bug description:
10.0-community.main.ubuntu.bvt_2 recently failed several tests due to database issues that look like a split-brain.
In services'logs there are a lot of traces like this one: http://paste.openstack.org/show/591785/ and in the same time period mysqld.log looks the following way: http://paste.openstack.org/show/591787/
Steps to reproduce:

Expected results:
All OSTF tests pass
Actual result:
OSTF tests fail
