Fuel CI build fails with error not related to change in patch

The commit [1] contains a minor formatting fix, but the Fuel CI fails with the following pdf-builder error not related to the patch change [2]:

[ERROR] pdfbuilder.py:130 More than 10 pages generated without content - halting layout. Likely that a flowable is too large for any frame.

Both, /master and /newton [3] branches are affected. The /newton branch is affected because it was created using SHA of the commit [1]. The /mitaka branch is not affected.

As I understand from description " The /mitaka branch is not affected." because of this I moved to wontfix for 9.2

Hey Roman, as far as I am concerned, 'milestone' = a point in the roadmap by which the bug should be fixed (in our case, till 9.2 release). And the 'Affects' column mentions the affected versions. If it's not the case, please LMK what milestone should I choose if the fix should be applied to Ocata (master branch) and Newton.

Changing the priority to Low since currently the bug doesn't affect the repository.
Therefore, moving the milestone to 11.0
