It happens with swarm tests where is re-installation, like this:

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Create a cluster
    2. Add 3 nodes with controller and mongo roles
    3. Add a node with compute and cinder roles
    4. Deploy the cluster
    5. Verify that the deployment is completed successfully
    6. Select a non-primary controller
    7. Reinstall the controller
    8. Run network verification
    9. Run OSTF
    10. Verify that the hostname is not changed on reinstallation
        of the node

Expected result:
    Cluster is ready after re-installation

Actual result:
FAIL: Verify reinstallation of a compute node.
AssertionError: Task 'provision' has incorrect status. error != ready, 'Provision has failed. #<RuntimeError: Could not find any hosts in discovery data provided>
