Looking at these logs that you've share, there were some problems with MySQL (the end of the traceback from cinder-scheduler service node-1).

Thanks guys, I missed that somehow, sorry for worrying you.

I am closing this bug as Invalid, because it happened when mysql server which had connection with cinder died, so connection was broken.
