Detailed bug description:
 It's hard to debug dhcp checker related issues in Astute.
Reproducibility:
 100%
Workaround:
 Add log patches to Astute.
Impact:
 Too much time spent on debugging.
Description of the environment:
 9.2, 10.0 and higher
