Misleading log message in Astute logs after task finished successfully

Detailed bug description:
  In order to save debugging time for deployment engineers, we shouldn't print information about retries, after task is successfully finished to deploy
Impact:
  Impacts deployment engineers, who debug deployment (which means all engineers).
Reproducibility:
  100%
Description of the environment:
  Affects 10.0 and 9.2 releases.

    Remove info from the log message about retries for suceed tasks.

    Sometimes engineers missread the message, it's not obvious
    that there such a thing as succeed_retries, so it's read
    as a message of failed task which does not have more
    retries.
