puppet-mongodb typo

MOS8 MU3 contains typo in puppet-mongodb fixed by this commit:

Bug description:
During deployment process at primary-mongo node mongo manifests fails to create user and silently continues deploy. It lead to errors at other mongo nodes then they try to connect to replicaset. Also it lead to errors in ceilometer puppet manifests at controller node which try to connect to mongoDB.

  Steps to reproduce:
1. install vanilla MOS8
2. update it with MU3
3. create env with 3 controller node, 3 mongo node
4. hit deploy button

  Expected results:
  deployment is successful. ceilometer and mongo is operational.

  Actual result:
  deployment finishes with success. Ceilometer related OSTF tests fails. ceilometer cant connect to Mongo.

  Workaround:
  manually fix typo in manifest according to commit https://github.com/puppetlabs/puppetlabs-mongodb/commit/6cab31854b4e015299052248e34c3df7a5f623d4
