Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new environment
2. Choose Neutron, VLAN
3. Add 1 controller
4. Add 1 compute
5. Verify networks
6. Deploy the environment

Expected result:
Deployment should be successfully

Actual result:

Additional information:
I'm using VirtualBox to emulate my 3 nodes (Master and 2 slaves). I'd followed the same configuration for network configuration of the guideline to install Mirantis OpenStack. My OpenStack version is 7.0.

could you check your internet connection, please? Build image failures first of all usually related to inability to download needed packages.

I'd checked my internet connection and it's ok. I try this command with the next result:

if it's helpful, I'm using Windows 10 and VirtualBox 5.1.6

It seems there is not enough memory to run everything you need. Please try to increase the amount of memory up to 4GB+ for the Fuel master.

Also I'm changing the Importance to Medium and setting as Incomplete, since everything works as expected in our lab.

fuel 10 does not use granular deployment engine
