Bug Description

During running custom test on CI [0] there were errors on every cli command to fuel2 configdb

DevopsCalledProcessError: Command 'fuel2 config env create -l servers' returned exit code 1 while expected [0]
'property' object has no attribute 'service_catalog'

    Fuelclient version 10 handled

    In python-fuelclient >= 10 APIClient was renamed to DefaultAPIClient
    Number of saving items decreased in the
    for fix test timeout error on the CI servers.
