The issue described has not been reproduced for several days anyomre with keystone authorization. This means that this bug is either duplicate of another keystone related issue or is invalid

I suppose this bug was reopened by an accident without any additional info. At the same time all the related tests for Mitaka and Newton are green. So I am closing it.
